These are interim terms. They apply to your use of Bluehall while our full terms of use are being reviewed, and the reviewed terms will replace them when published. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bluehall. Bluehall does not offer accounts to children under 13. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian to use Bluehall.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Bluehall for lawful educational purposes only. You will not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform or its AI tutoring systems.
AI-generated content
Bluehall uses artificial intelligence to provide tutoring. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Bluehall does not guarantee the correctness of any AI-generated response. Users should verify important information independently.
Intellectual property
All content, designs, and technology on Bluehall are owned by Bluehall or its licensors. Content you create (notes, uploads) remains yours. You let Bluehall store and process it to provide the service to you, as our privacy notice describes. If you choose to publish a course for other students, the course sharing agreement you accept when publishing applies to that course.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your profile page.
