- What is a session?
- A live session with the tutor: you talk, it teaches, and you work on the same whiteboard. The rest of the platform, from your dashboard to your study plan, comes with every plan.
- What happens if I use all my sessions?
- Move up a plan whenever you need more, for exam season say, and back down afterwards. A session in progress is never cut off.
- Do unused sessions roll over?
- No. Your sessions refresh on your renewal day each month.
- What does unlimited mean?
- As many sessions as one student needs for their own study, under our fair-use terms.
- Can a parent pay?
- Yes. A parent can set up and pay for their child’s account from their own login, and follow along.
- Can I pause my plan?
- Yes. Pause it over the school holidays, or whenever Bluehall is not being used, and pick it back up when you need it. Nothing is lost while it is paused: your courses, notes and history stay just as they were.
- What is a family plan?
- One subscription for all your children. Their sessions come from one shared monthly allowance, and you pay one bill from your own account.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account settings, any time. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
