Bluehall’s marketing site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA: it meets most of the standard, with the gaps we know about listed under Known limitations below.
Our commitment
Bluehall should be usable by every student, including those who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or speech input. We treat accessibility as part of building the product properly, not an afterthought, and we are working to meet a recognised standard across everything we make.
Standards we aim for
We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Our marketing site is currently partially conformant: it meets most of the standard, with the specific gaps we know about listed under Known limitations below. "Partially conformant" means some content does not yet fully meet the standard.
How we build for access
Mouse, keyboard, touch and stylus are supported equally. A "Skip to content" link lets keyboard users jump past the navigation, and focus stays visible as you move through a page. Colour is never the only way meaning is carried, and we aim for strong colour contrast. We respect your "reduce motion" system setting. Pages use real headings and landmarks so assistive technology can navigate them, and text stays usable when enlarged or when the browser is zoomed to 200%.
Assistive technology
We aim to support recent versions of the major screen readers and browsers, for example VoiceOver with Safari, NVDA and JAWS with Chrome and Firefox on Windows, and TalkBack on Android. Formal testing across these combinations is ongoing. If you use a different setup and something does not work, please tell us.
Known limitations
We are honest about what is not done yet. A product overview video is coming to the Features page; it will ship with captions. Some pages use placeholder images while final artwork is prepared, and their descriptions will be reviewed when the real images land. The signed-in dashboard and the live tutoring environment (the whiteboard, calculator and voice tools) are still being assessed against WCAG 2.2 AA and may have gaps we have not yet documented here.
Giving feedback
If you find something hard to use, or hit a barrier, please tell us using the Contact page linked at the top of this statement. If you can, let us know the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using. We read every report and will get back to you as quickly as we can.
Ongoing review
We review the accessibility of the site as we ship changes, and revisit this statement at least every six months. We update it as we close known gaps and as our testing widens.
